Our fulfillment team remains fully operational but there is still a possibility that we will encounter delays or disruptions in availability of our stock and shipping. We'll try our best to handle this situation in the best way possible.

Orders and shipping


We are a Melbourne based company, but we also ship worldwide! The expected transit time can be found at check-out but the expected transit time is 4-18 business days.

Unfortunately, we can't guarantee that we can make a change on an already processed order. However, please check with us through our support page and we'll be sure to help you out in any way we can.

Currently, we're afraid to say that the only payment methods we accept are payments via debit/credit card.

We are keeping the safety of our team and our customers a top priority. All packages are being disinfected before shipping but to be safe, it is best to clean the package first before opening them.

Painting by numbers is just like normal paintings but the difference is that there's no painting skills required.

It's a system where a picture is divided into shapes, each marked with a number that corresponds to a particular color.
